Siam Biomass Manufacturing Company Limited is a subsidiary of the Siam Steel Group, the manufacturer and distributor of steel furniture for over 60 years. As Siam Steel Group recognized the dangers of global climate change, we established Siam Biomass Manufacturing Company Limited to be a part of reducing global warming.

“COP 21” (the 21st Conference of the Parties) is a global agreement on the reduction of climate change. Many countries agreed to this commitment to drawing up long-term low greenhouse gas emission development strategies and started to act seriously in 2020. “Renewable Energy” is believed to be one of the sustainable solutions for this crisis. Solar Farm

In 2015, we invested in an 18.7 MW. Solar farm in Miyaki Prefecture in Japan and COD in 7 November 2018.

Biomass fuels

In 2016, Siam Forest Management Co., Ltd was founded to plant fast growing trees to support raw material of wood pellet at Uthai Thani plant.

In 2016, Siam Biomass Product – South Phraseang Co., Ltd was founded to manufacture Black Pellet and was later changed the name to Siam Biomass Manufacturing Co., Ltd.

Now, we have 3 wood pellet plants, Phraseang Plant (Wood Pellet and Black Pellet), Nasarn Plant (Wood Pellet and Black Pellet), and Uthai Thani Plant (Wood Pellet), with FSC certificates (FSC-COC Certificate: CU-COC-879499 and FSC-FM Certificate: FM/COC-011174).
